MAHA on blood film |
New onset RBCs in urine (excluding other causes) |
Flash pulmonary oedema |
Retinopathy typical of acute hypertensive crisis |
Oliguria or anuria |
Renal biopsy showing characteristic changes (accumulation of mucin in interlobular arteries - indistinguishable from accelerated hypertension - and fibrinoid calcinosis of arterioles) |
