Swellon soft-tissue mass (curved arrow) was also visible. (B) CT image demonstrated extensive periosteal reaction and cortical osteolysis were presented along the proximal humerus. The medial aspect of humerus showed irregular osteolysis with pathologic fractures. (white arrow).
